At UF Health Emergency & Urgent Care our premise is straightforward: setting expectations high and delivering on them every day.

To that end, we survey all patients who provide a valid email address and/or phone number, typically within 24-48 hours after their visit. The star ratings you see are calculated by an average of responses to the question "likelihood to recommend to a friend or family" regarding their recent care by a provider at that location. Actual patient comments are displayed while preserving patient confidentiality.
